Project Spotlight: Tub Removed in Traditional Master Bathroom

For this Lebanon, Ohio, master bath project, the homeowner was looking for updates to the space that enhanced the portions of the room that they enjoyed. Since this was a partial remodel, the project focused on finding solutions for both look and function that fit within the confines of both the room and the existing elements the homeowners tagged to remain. The resulting bathroom is a traditional space that pulls together the existing elements, includes some of the homeowner’s wish list items, and adds new materials that elevate the room’s style.

Project Spotlight: A Master Bath Suite in Morrow

The homeowners had this house built while they were still living in England. Much of the finished master suite design, therefore, did not turn out as well as they had hoped. For starters, the bathroom, a long, awkward space, felt empty, lifeless, and most of all lacking in function. The bathroom remodel focused on solving the issue of using the space to its fullest potential without crowding it up with unnecessary features.

9 Great Half Baths and Powder Room Design Ideas

Half baths or “powder rooms” are places in our homes where we can be creative. We often refer to half baths as jewel boxes of a home because these are small spaces where home homeowners may add high end products without incurring huge costs. Since a half bath is often located off the central area of a home, it is also a great space to add a splash of color or to display artwork.
