Our Safety Protocols

To ensure everyone’s safety during this challenging time, we’ve utilized a number of protocols for our buildings and job sites. These safe work practices have been implemented and will continue for the foreseeable future.

• Optional virtual technology for meetings – for both client meetings and our own internal team meetings, we’ve found meeting online hasn’t slowed us a bit.
• Stay home if you’re not feeling well – every one of our staff and trade partners will be overly cautious at the first sign of illness. We would rather have a delay than the risk of transmission. 
• Keep us informed – we’re requiring everyone, including our clients, staff and trade partners to keep us updated about any sign of illness or if they have had contact with someone who is sick.
• Wearing a mask – For all team members and guests in our showroom who are not fully vaccinated, we request the use of a mask or face shield while in our buildings.
• Handwashing – We’re adhering to the best CDC advice to wash hands before and after interactions with other people. We also keep a supply of hand sanitizer at all of our job sites and our buildings. We have set up hand washing stations in our buildings and ask that all visitors wash their hands when they enter and leave.
• Maintain the workspace separation from the rest of the house – We enclose and contain job site work areas, and whenever possible create air-tight seals.
• Practice social distancing – all job site workers are told to avoid close proximity (less than 6-feet) with others for any interactions lasting 10 minutes or longer. We have evaluated our buildings also for safe distancing and we ask that visitors adhere to our marked boundaries.
